Return Process

  Log into your Pixio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
